Right of Withdrawal

When you shop as a private individual at KLIKKMERCH.COM, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins on the day after you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us within the withdrawal period. Send an email to tobias@rotanrecords.no including your name and order number, and state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You may also use the standard withdrawal form, but this is not required.

Returning the Goods

The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please contact us for the return address and practical return instructions. Do not send the goods directly to the manufacturer.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising your right of withdrawal. We recommend keeping proof that the goods have been shipped.

You may inspect and try on the goods in the same way as you would in a physical store. If the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, we may deduct an amount corresponding to any reduction in value.

Refunds

If you withdraw from the entire purchase, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

We will use the same payment method that was used for the original purchase unless otherwise expressly agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

Personalised Goods and Complaints

The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made according to your individual specifications or that are clearly personalised, such as products printed with your own name or image. Standard merchandise featuring our regular designs is not exempt from the right of withdrawal simply because it is produced to order.

Your right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty, damaged or otherwise defective. Please contact us if you have received an incorrect or damaged item.
